+ How Self Storage Works

Free Reservations
We always offer free reservations—this means that you're neveer under an obligatino and you have the freedom to cancel at any time.

Specials and Discounts
You'll receive a prorated first month's rent if you move in any day later than the 1st of the month.

Rental Terms
All our rental agreements are month-to-month, so you have the power to decide how long you stay.

Accessing Your Things
Once you're moved in, you can access your storage unit 24 hours a day. If you'd like to give other people access to your unit, you can add them as an authorized user by stopping by the rental office.

Typical Office Hours are:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Please note: Our office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Vehicle Storage
We have a variety of options for storing your car, RV, truck, boat and more. In order to store your vehicle, it must be running, registered and insured.

On-Site Managers
We have a property manager who can meet you onsite and help with selecting the perfect unit.

Restricted Items
For your safety, we do restrit some items that you're allowed to store, such as live animals, drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and more. Your rental agreement has the full list of restrictions.

Moving Out
When you're ready to move out, let us know by scheduling your move-out date up to 60 days in advance. On move-out day, remove your lock, empty out your unit of all items and stop by the office so our property manager can finalize everything.

Age To Rent
Customers 18 years and older are able to to rent self-storage from us. A valid photo I.D. is required to rent any of our units.

Running a Business Out Of Your Unit
You CANNOT operate a business on-site with customers coming to you. Your business can store items there but can not conduct typical business operations on-site.

Leaving Vehicles On Property Overnight
Unless it is being stored in a vechile storage unit, all vehicles must leave the property at the end of the day.

Drive-Up Units
Our large loading areas and outdoor drive-up units provide easy access to your things. The temperature in our units is typically similar to to the local weather.

24/7 Monitoring
Our cameras keep a watchful eye on the property, no matter what time of the day.

Deliveries
We are not able to accept deliveries on your behalf. If you do have something delievered to your unit, you must be there to accept the delivery.

Trash Disposal
We don’t offer on-site trash disposal. If you are looking to dispose of trash or recycling, our property manager can assist you in finding the nearest location.

+ Making a Reservation

How to Make a Reservation
Online: You can request a unit online here.
Phone: Call us at (662) 513-0555 to talk to our property manager in getting you set up with a storage unit.

What You'll Need
In order to make a reservation, we will need your name, email address and telephone number.

Move-In Date
You can make a reservation up to 30 days before your actual move-in date. As soon as your rental agreement has been completed, you can begin moving in!

Changing Your Reservation
If you need to change your reservation for any reason, please call our office at (662) 513-0555 to talk to our property manager.

+ How to Maximize Your Storage Space

Utilize the Height of the Unit
By stacking your boxes, you'll make the best use of your storage unit To safely do so, make sure to pack heavy items at the bottom of boxes and then place the heaviest boxes at the bottom of the stack. For your safety, do not laen items against the walls of your storage unit.

Create New Spaces for Items
Repurpose some of the things you're planning to store. For example, by packing books and DVDs inside the fridge, you save storage space.

Be Strategic About Item Placement
Please any items that you will need frequent access to towards the front of your storage unit. If you will need to access many items during your storage time with us, make a storage map that shows where items are stored so that you can easily find them.

Create A Walking Isle
Give yourself soem room to move around your storage unit so that you can easily navigate to your things. Placing items against the storage wall helps with this, but be sure to leave some space for proper circulation.

Plan Ahead
Keep basic tools like a screwdriver and utility knife stored in your unit to help break down larger items and save space. Keeping a step-stool is also a great idea if you will need to access any items that are above head-height.

+ Moving In

Completing Your Rental Agreement
Complete your rental agreement in person on move-in day with our property manager inside of our office.

Move-In Day
On move-in day, our property manager can assit you upon request. If you decide you need more (or less) space, we can assist you in switching to a different unit.

What To Bring
To complete your rental, make sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID or passport).

Locks
We use two types of premium-quality locks: a disc-lock or a cylinder-lock specifically designed for your unit. If you choose to bring your own lock, please ask our property manager which type is needed for your unit.

Insurance
For your protection, insurance for your items is highly reccommended. Your renters or homeowners insurance policy may also provide the coverage you need, so check with your insurance agent. Seeker Storage is not responsible for providing an insurance coverage for any loss, from any cause with respect to the leased premises. Detailed insurance information is covered in our lease.

Lost Keys
If you can't find your key, your property manager can help restore access to your unit.

+ Payments & Billing

Pay By Phone
Pay your bill by phone at (662) 513-0555. A transaction fee may apply.

AutoPay
By signing up for AutoPay, you'll never miss a payment or have to worry about late fees. We'll automatically debit your method of payment on the first of each month.

Payment Due Date
Rent is always due on the first of each month.

Do you prorate rent?
Yes, but only for the month you start renting a unit. If you occupy the unit on the 1st of the month, you are charged for the entire month.
